• Windows Operating System
• AD Group Policies
• Profilmanagement
• Client Security
• Project support
• Quality Control
• Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance
• Event and Problem Management
• Ensure second and third level support
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team
efforts
• Develop working relationships with ZF global teams and external business
partners
